Free Shipping Offer

Free standard ground shipping applies only to purchases of $150 or more shipped within the United States.  A free shipping method will appear on qualified checkouts. No code is required. Free shipping is a standard ground service and the carrier may vary depending on the weight and destination of the shipment. The choice of carrier when the free shipping method is chosen is at the sole discretion of Therapydogvest.com.

Canceling your Order

 Orders may be canceled only if made prior to production on your vest. Once your vest begins the embroidery and assembly process your order can Not be cancelled or altered for ANY reason.

When Can You Expect Your Order?

• Single vest orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days.  We ship Monday Through Friday only.
• Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours before any information is available.
• Please ensure your delivery address is current and that you have included any Apartment, Unit, or Suite number, if applicable, or your package may be delayed, miss-delivered, or returned to Therapy Dog Vest marked as undeliverable.
• If a package requires re-shipping due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided on the order form, the customer will be responsible for all charges to re-ship the order.
• All US Post Office stated shipment timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed! 
• Please contact us prior to ordering if you have an expedited request for a specific date to be sure we can accommodate.  

International Shipping

• Currently Therapydogvest only ships to the US and Canada. All prices on Therapydogvest.com are in U.S. Dollars and prices do not include any VAT, import taxes, or duties. Your country's government or customs office may charge you a customs duty or import tax on your shipment. You are responsible for all customs charges imposed by your respective country. TherapyDogVest has no control over the duty process and we are unable to provide any information about possible duties, charges, or rates in advance. Please consult with your local customs office for further information. 
• Shipping time frames to destinations outside the U.S. can vary greatly and depend heavily on how long your package takes to clear your respective country's customs processing before it is released to your local carrier for final delivery. Please note it is extremely important to provide accurate phone and email information on International shipments as Customs may need to contact you to notify of any import fees.

Policy Pertaining to the use of Freight Forwarders To Ship Internationally

Should you choose to export items purchased from therapydogvest.com by using a freight forwarding service or any other entity or person based in the US or Canada ,that are not affiliated with Therapydogvest.com, to forward any shipment on your behalf then the following policies will apply.

• The purchasing party is responsible for export/import compliance or fees accessed by customs for orders that you or your freight forwarder export/import. If you (or your freight forwarder) purchase items from therapydogvest.com to be shipped to a U.S. location then forwarded to you outside the USA then you (or your freight forwarder) are now considered the exporter for any subsequent export of the items from the United States. As the exporter, you the purchaser (or your freight forwarder) are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country and you the purchaser are soley responsible for any customs, or added delivery charges. 
• Therapydogvest.com will not act and must not be listed on any export documentation (export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.) as the exporter or United States Principal Party in Interest (USPPI) for orders where you choose to use a freight forwarder to export items that were delivered to a U.S. address.

Therapydogvest.com will NOT accept returns or issue any refunds for lost or damaged items that you, your freight forwarder, or any other entity or indvidual

exported on your behalf.

• Therapydogvest.com is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that  to items after that is discovered after the items are delivered to you by your freight forwarder. This means that Therapydogvest.com will not provide a replacement or a refund for any lost or, damaged items delivered in the U.S. and subsequently taken outside of the U.S., either by hand-carrying or using a freight forwarding service. You should refuse the delivery of items if they arrive from Therapydogvest.com damaged and instruct your freight forwarder to do the same. Furthermore should there be any error in product shipped , size, color or any other issue Therapydogvest will only be responsible for shipping to the shipping address listed on the corresponding order. Therapaydogvest.com will not reimburse,under any circumstances, the added costs of forwarding your shipment to any country not listed as the ship to address on your order. Any and All costs inccured to return any merchanise that is eligible for a refund will be soley the responsibility of the purchaser.
