What Is It?

Registered 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt charitable groups can apply for an account with us so that all your purchases with us will not be subject to state sales tax and get a 10% discount on all products with no minimum order.

How Does It Work?

  1. Establish your tax-exempt status with us. In order to set up your account, we will need a copy of your IRS determination letter showing your groups 501(c)(3) status has been approved

    Provide the info required for your account creation.  The following information will be required to set up your account in our system.

    • Registered group name
    • Account contact name
    • Account contact billing address and shipping address if different from billing
    • Telephone number
    • Contact email address
  2. In 2-3 business days look for your approval notification.  Once you're approved you will be provided login credentials to access your account on our website. You will now be able to place orders without paying any sales tax.
  3. How to make sure you receive your tax-free billing. Before placing an order you must make sure you are logged into your account before submitting a new order. Once logged in your tax exemption will be applied automatically to your order.
